Welcome to the LJ of Fine Line Press. a web and physical magazine devoted to Yuri (female/female) and Yaoi (male/male) original fiction and art from the mildly romantic to just plain bizarre.
This seasonal magazine is being created to collect and disperse quality original gay fiction and art while rewarding the artists themselves for creating it.
All artists and authors will be paid a $.50 royalty per story per issue. So out of the magazine cost more then 50% will go to the artists and authors viewed, while the rest of it goes towards advertising and maintaining the website.
Each Magazine, currently on a seasonal schedule, will include:
*Original Stories -Romance or Adult themed
*Original Art for the fiction or pieces separated from the fiction
*And bonus articles, horoscopes, and otherwise.
There will be two magazines, one of a less graphic nature than the other.
Fine Lined Sanity . Our purely adult magazine featuring stories and artwork that are fully 18+ in nature and have little plot. This is, by definition, written porn.
And
Free Lined Sanity . Our still probably 18+ magazine but the one that focuses more on plot and relationships than anything else. This is more along the lines of erotica.
Please be aware that Fine Line Press is geared towards male/male and female/female art and fiction. Most authors will likely be female.
Fine Line Press does not advocate spousal abuse or any simular subjects (including but not limited to: shota, incest, beastality, violence, or humilation). However, these particular themes may be expressed in some stories.
